How it works
You sell. Our partner issues. We run everything in the middle.
You meet travelers at the moment they need a document. You hand them your QR code. Expedify handles the order, the payment, and the support. You earn the commission.
The customer orders through you.
Your QR, your counter. Wherever you already talk to them. They check out on expedify.co.
Our fulfilment partner issues it.
The International Driving Permit is issued by our fulfilment partner, IDA, in UN Convention format. You hold no inventory and do no fulfilment.

“Do I need a permit to drive here?”
A tourist is picking up their rental car and asks the question you already hear every week. Here is the whole conversation. You point, you show your QR, and you are done.
- You check they have a valid licence before you submit. You do not advise on visa eligibility or legal requirements beyond that.
- They pay Expedify, never you. No cash crosses your counter.
- Your name is on the receipt. If anything is off, they contact Expedify, not you.

Wait, do I need an international license to drive here?
You do, yeah. Most rentals here want an International Driving Permit alongside your home license. I can show you the quickest way to get one.
Is this legit? Who am I paying?
You pay Expedify directly, not me. I never touch your card. My name is on your receipt, so you know who pointed you here. Fixed $69, money back if they miss the delivery day.
Ordered. You just earned $13.80.
The first document
Their license isn't enough. The International Driving Permit makes it legal.
It turns a driver's home license into the format 189+ countries recognize. Most rental desks abroad ask for it. Your guests already bring you the question before they drive off.
- Recognized in 189+ countries.
- Digital copy in 8 minutes, printed card by mail.
- Translates the license into the local language.
Fixed $69. Submitted correctly, money back if we miss the day we said.
Offering next
You hand over a QR code. That's where your job ends. If a document is late or wrong, the customer calls Expedify, never you. We hold the order, the payment, and the liability.

“Tourists always asked me where to get a driving permit before they drove off. Now I show my QR, and it opens a page with my name and our counter on it. It feels like me, not some random website. So they order, and $13.80 lands in my account.”
Tomás, travel-paperwork concierge at a rental-car counter, Lisbon

Commission
You get paid three ways, all at once.
You earn 20% on your own sales. If you brought another agent in, you earn 10% on their orders, and 7% on the orders from agents they bring in. It all lands in one payout. Nothing to buy, and you only earn when something actually sells.

Head start
Your first 10 sales come with an extra $100.
Ten travelers scan your QR and order an International Driving Permit. That's about $138 in commission. Do it inside 60 days and we add $100 on top. Your first payout lands at $238.
Your next commission is a tap away.
Become an Expedify agent, help travelers get the documents they already ask you about, and earn 20% on every order. That's $13.80 on a $69 driving permit.
Almost none. Before showing your QR code, you check that the customer holds a valid, unexpired driver's licence that meets the permit duration they need. That check is on you. After that, Expedify takes the order, the upload, and the support, and our fulfilment partner issues the document. You never fill a form or stand in a queue.
For fulfilment and delivery issues, the customer contacts Expedify, not you. We own the order and the support. Where you are responsible: if you skip the licence check before submitting, or if you sell a digital IDP without telling the customer it may not be accepted at rental counters or by traffic authorities, that liability sits with you. Do those two things right and your job ends at the QR code.
The customer pays expedify.co directly. No cash crosses your counter. Each commission enters a 30-day hold from the sale date. Once it clears with no refund or chargeback, it is included in your payout for the first week of the following month, to your bank, PayPal, or local e-wallet, with a full statement attached.
Your first name, your role, and your venue. The receipt says you earn 20% on the order, that the customer pays no extra, and that we pay you out of the standard service fee. The customer sees a real person stood behind their document.
International Driving Permits to start. Visas, ETAs, apostilles, and certified translations follow. You earn 20% on whatever the customer orders through your QR.
You earn 20% of every order you originate. That's $13.80 on a $69 International Driving Permit. Ten orders a week is about $138. On top of that, you earn 10% on orders from agents you refer ($6.90 each) and 7% on orders from agents they refer ($4.83 each).
Yes. It's a sales-only referral program. You earn 20% on every order a customer places through your QR code. There is no buy-in and no fee to join, and every dollar is tied to a real sale, never to signing people up. You also earn an override on orders from agents you refer (10%) and from the agents they refer (7%). Overrides stop two levels below you.
Anyone who already meets travelers at the moment they need a document: rental-car counter staff, hotel concierges, hostel front desks, travel-agency desks, and expat-community fixers. You apply, we review, and approved agents get a personal QR code. No prior experience with documents is needed.
No. The customer pays the same fixed price whether they order through your QR or on their own. Your 20% comes out of Expedify's standard service fee, not on top of the customer's price. The customer never pays a premium for using an agent.
Sell 10 orders you originate within your first 60 days and we add $100 to your payout. It's tied to your own sales, paid once, on top of all your regular commission, and is not recurring.
